| Put a bit of alcohol in a small bowl, the article said you could use Vodka but I didn't have any. LOL |

| dip your dried just painted nail in the alcohol |

| Press the newsprint firmly onto the wet nail and count to 15 then pull newsprint off slowly. After it's dry coat with a good top coat. |
